I’m currently serving as Director of the Digital Strategy Team in the Office of ICT Policy Coordination at the Ministry of Science and ICT, Republic of Korea.
I specialize in AI, digital strategy, and global innovation, working at the forefront of Korea’s national digital transformation.

2014 Completed the 5th Grade Public Administration Entrance Training Program
2015 Broadcasting technology R&D policy and promoted the broadcasting equipment industry
2016 Facilitated the introduction of World First terrestrial UHD broadcasting in Korea
2017 Advanced broadcasting technology R&D and promoted global adoption of ATSC 3.0
2018 Participated in the formulation of the 2nd National Cloud Strategy
2019 Focused on cloud computing and software R&D policies
2020 Promoted open-source software and supported the establishment of AI graduate schools
2021 Served at the Presidential Committee on the Fourth Industrial Revolution
2022 Contributed to the Korea Digital Strategy and organized the New York Digital Vision Forum2023 Contributed to the formulation of the
